Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed but please allow up to 7 days.

All orders are sent by registered Royal Mail first class post. You will need to sign for delivery.

Availability

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable we will email to inform you.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You can cancel any order before dispatch by emailing . If your order has been dispatched, you have 10-days in which to return any item purchased for a full refund or exchange.

If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for an exchange, or refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If your return is due to our error, we will refund any shipping costs.

Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a registered delivery service.

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered then please phone: +44 (0)1621 856943 or e-mail - quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and details of the fault/ mistake. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Your Privacy and Security

Any information submitted when ordering will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. We hate spam as much as you do. We only email our previous customers a few times a year to inform them of the release of our new garment ranges. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

We also keep all your information totally confidential. We do not hold any banking details whatsoever. Our card transactions are handled by Sage Pay. Your card details are entered in a secured page and are transferred using SSL encryption. They cannot be read by any humans at all for your complete security and peace of mind.
